There will then be a full examination and additional tests requested, where appropriate. Finally, a detailed letter will be prepared that will be sent to you and also be copied to your primary care doctor and any specialists or other health care professionals involved in your care that you want to be kept up to date. 


Potential investigations include blood tests, X-rays, ultrasound and MRI scans. Inflamed joints and soft tissue areas can be injected, when required, during the clinical assessment. 


By liaising with Dr Moots ahead of the consultation, relevant investigations may be undertaken in your locality, maximising the effectiveness of your consultation and saving your time and expense. This can be especially helpful for International patients.
